| Mark Description: | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging comprised of a transparent flask shaped glass bottle with a gray metal cap and red and white labels. The bottle includes a short cylindrical neck in the center of the bottle shoulders and has an extruding lip. Below the neck, the bottle is etched with a Talavera inspired design, except for a rectangular area, with rounded corners, on the front and back of the bottle that is smooth for adhesion of the label. The etching on the back of the bottle includes the wording "DE MÉXICO". The gray metal cap is an elongated cylindrical shape with a rounded lip on the bottom, a tapered upper portion, and flat top. The front label is longer vertically corresponding to the shape of the bottle and includes, centered vertically, first wording "GRAN MALO" in large red letters. Directly above the wording, in smaller red lettering, is second wording "EL ÚNICO". Above the second wording is a drawing in red of two figures by a campfire, one figure is a devil and the other figure is a skeleton. The letters "GM" in red appear centered above the campfire and figures. Below the first wording appears two small red glasses half full of liquid.
